Once a transaction reaches the Settled status, you will see the option to Refund it.

There are two ways to get this done:

1. The main transaction search screen:

On the main transaction search screen, you will see a Refund button in the right corner, next to the transaction details eye button. You can use this button to quickly refund a transaction.

2. The transaction details screen:

In the transaction details screen, you will see a Select Action box in the top right corner. You can use the Refund option in the drop down menu there as well to the same effect.

In both cases, you can choose to either refund the full payment amount, or only refund a part of it. You need to specify a reason for the refund, which can either be a pre-defined one from the drop down menu, or a custom one that you can type in.

Once you click Run Action, it can take a few minutes for the transaction to process completely, and the status to change.
