How to add or update a Bank Account - Stripe

A guide to changing the account to which your payouts are sent

Please follow the steps below to add a new account or update your existing bank account via the Javelin portal:

  1. Log into the Javelin portal

  2. Click on the Companies section in the left menu

  3. This will take you a screen where you may see one more companies

  4. Click on the ID of the company that requires the bank account update, this will open the Company Details screen

  5. Scroll down to a section called Stripe Bank Accounts, here you will see any existing bank account associated with your company

  6. You can now use the "Add a bank account" button to attach a new account to your company, and then delete the existing account

  7. Please note that if the IBAN is entered in the Account Number section, the Routing Number field can remain empty. Else, please populate the Routing Number section as well, which is also called Sort Code in the UK

  8. The next time your payout is initiated, it will be sent over to the new account just added by you
